Refund policy

RETURNS

We do not accept returns on live plants.

Plants are fragile and perishable. We assure you that we take utmost care in packing your treasured greens so you receive them with great chances of survival. We cannot, however, guarantee that they would be in perfect condition as we cannot control how the packages are handled before they reach your doorstep. If there are any issues or concerns, please let us know at sales@plantsandglitters.ca within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will try our best to solve any issues and we can give plant care tips/advice if needed.

We suggest that you isolate your plant within 2-4 weeks. We take good care of our plants - we treat and inspect every single item we have. Pests, however, are not completely avoidable. Please contact us if there is any issue so we can help you deal with it. 

Plant supplies, accessories and other products may be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 12415 99 St., Grande Prairie, AB T8V 6Y5 Canada.

You will be responsible for the shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (supplies and accessories only)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to orders cancelled prior to shipping. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@plantsandglitters.ca.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced supplies and accessories may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace non-plant items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@plantsandglitters.ca and send your item to: 12415 99 St., Grande Prairie, AB T8V 6Y5 Canada.
