Shipping policy

Orders containing live plants will be shipped Mondays and Tuesdays. You can add insulated packaging option if nighttime temperature in your area is below -15 degrees. Accessories and supplies will be shipped within two days of receiving the order. Please remember that plants are fragile and perishable. We assure you that we take utmost care in packing your order so you receive the plants with great chances of survival. We cannot, however, guarantee that they would be in perfect condition as we cannot control how the packages are handled before they reach your doorstep. If there are any issues or concerns, please let us know at  sales@plantsandglitters.ca within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will try our best to solve any issues.
